C12200/TP2 Copper Pipe

Water-line pipes

C12200, also known as TP2 phosphorus-deoxidized copper pipe, is a high-purity copper alloy containing mostly copper with a small, controlled addition of phosphorus. The material offers exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity together with strong corrosion resistance, and is one of the most widely used copper grades for plumbing, refrigeration and medical-gas lines. The pipe exhibits excellent weldability and cold-bending characteristics, supporting applications in electronic components, wire and cable, semiconductor equipment and the chemical industry. It maintains superior performance in reducing atmospheres and delivers consistent mechanical properties, with a tensile strength of 215-275 MPa and elongation of at least 25%.
