Seamless stainless steel pipe is manufactured by extrusion, with the tube drawn from a solid billet rather than rolled and welded. This construction yields a homogeneous wall structure that delivers superior strength, excellent corrosion resistance and enhanced pressure-bearing capability compared with welded alternatives. The absence of a longitudinal weld also removes a common failure path under cyclic or aggressive service conditions. Typical applications include the food processing industry, chemical plants, oil and gas operations, pharmaceutical equipment and construction projects requiring reliable fluid and gas transfer. The product is available in a wide range of austenitic, duplex and ferritic grades, including 201, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310S, 321, 409, 2205 and 2507.
